Orders are shipped every Friday morning.
Due to increased order volume during holidays and other busy periods, some orders may experience delayed processing and be shipped the following week.

According to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, exchange and return of goods is possible within 14 days after purchase and only if defects are found.

Defects in card decks are:
• missing card(-s)
• physical damage to the card(s): cuts, scratches, ink streaks/stains, etc.
• inconsistency in card sizes within the same deck.

If the parcel is lost in delivery:
we make a full refund or send another parcel if the items are available.

In other cases, exchange and return of goods is not possible.
